We ask for 3 times the monthly rent for gross income, no evictions, broken leases or felonies, and a 620+ credit score is preferred. Lease terms are 12, 18 or 24 months (landlord dependent). The standard deposit is one month's rent based on applicant's income and credit profile.
Proof of income (30 days worth of paystubs, W2 or tax returns if self-employed), and a valid ID. There is also a $99 application fee which includes screening costs.
Yes! We are a pet friendly community, and we have a dedicated dog park for our animal friends. We do require a pet screening upon application.
We require the tenant to pay for their own internet and electric bills with the provider of their choice. We do not offer either of these to our tenants.
